Must be 18. While very different from a strobe light, the session consists of flashing light sequences viewed through closed eyes. If you have any history or family history of epilepsy, seizures, stroke, brain injury, or any psychiatric conditions, please consult your doctor before booking. You should be of clear mind and not under the influence of alcohol or recreational substances. You will get the best experience if you are well rested, hydrated, and not overly tired for your session.
